- Complete property address and building or suite identifiers
- Commercial, multifamily, warehouse, institutional, restaurant, or other property use
- Known sprinkler, pump, standpipe, backflow, alarm, extinguisher, hood-suppression, or other system information
- Most recent inspection report and unresolved findings, if available
- Deadline, reason for the request, access hours, and onsite contact
- Alarm-monitoring, tenant-notice, escort, or operating-hour constraints
